Stevie Franchise did emit some of the more unpleasant aspects of the "me first", "one-on-one", "pay me fool!" NBA in late 90's/early aughts. He was drafted by the then Vancouver Grizzlies in '99 but refused to play for them. After a 38 person deal, Francis became a member of the Houston Rockets. But hot damn, could that kid jump!
