The best thing about Kobe Bryant is his unmatched footwork to get shots off. At the tail end of his career this becomes especially evident since he no longer has the (sexytime) explosive ability to beat younger guys off the dribble and finish in the lane. We all know that Kobe is a restless innovator in the gymnasio (see: working with Hakeem last summer) and seeing well-put together videos like this awesomely highlight his mastery.
Just in case you think I've gone all soft on Kobe, I still think he's done some pretty idiotic things over his career. I still want Laker fans to get their GED and take a class on "perspective" and "Learning About The Rest of the NBA Before Typing in ALL CAPS 101". But as routine readers of The Nextians can sense (all 2.5 of you), this whole LeBacle bullshiz shines a pretty nice light on Kobe these days. Respect.
