Game 2, 1975 NBA Finals Warriors/Bullets

The Warriors won game 1 in Washington and come back home to the Cow Palace. Their home court was the Coliseum in Oakland but for some reason there was a "scheduling conflict" so they played in the Cow Palace. Here is game 2 thanks to Youtube Uploader DownsA530:

It's funny you posted that. I'm readinf the Big Book of Basketball by Bill Simmons and he mentions that Warrior team. In his book, he said that rick barry was such a prick that the following year in the playoffs he basically tanked it for his team. The warriors were expected to win against the lowly 42-20 Phoenix Suns in the Western Conference Finals. That was until a Sun gave barry a cheap shot knocking his toupee of his head. barry later looked at the fotage and saw that none of his teammates came to help him. so decided not to shoot for the rest of the game giving a big f*ck u to his teammates and the Warriors organization. The Suns would reach the NBA Finals only to be whupped by an aging Boston Celtics team that probably would have lost if Barry chose to play.

JTHoops, thanks for the run down memory lane. It's been a while since I read The Big Book of Basketball by Simmons. Be sure to check out the Undisputed Guide to Basketball History by the FreeDarko guys.
